A remix of Prusa's RC3 Face Shield with added top cover and brief instructions on a way to use a 2 liter soda bottle for the clear shield.

Print instructions

I have seen several comments/requests that the headband have a "closed" top part to better protect the top of the user's face. I have added a 0.6mm thick layer but left a 2mm gap to allow the headband to flex, and then a 0.8mm thick wall along the gap to add a bit more protection. Printing took less than 2 hrs. on a delta using PLA.

I don't have access to clear plastic for the shield but I did have an empty 2 liter soda bottle. I was able to pretty quickly cut it and punch holes and it actually stays on the headband quite well. It's crude, doesn't have great coverage, but if the materials are available, it's better than nothing IMO.

To cut the bottle, remove the label, wash it, find the 2 seams that go along the length of the bottle, and cut halfway between them on the "side" with the remaining label adhesive (the idea is to get the clearest part of the plastic in the middle, not like my picture). Cut the top of the bottle off 1" past where the side starts to curve, and 1/2" on the bottom. Turn the hard-to-handle curled plastic sheet inside out, mark and punch holes for the 2 front pegs. Mark the holes for the rear pegs 1/8" forward of the tips of the pegs (to keep tension). No need for the bottom piece as the curve keeps the whole thing rigid.
