This is an automatic door-closer based on (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2690245) and an idea of "Lipifuss" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1843944).

I like things, that don't need any stuff else (like bearings etc.),
'cause what I have always here is filament, all other stuff I have to order and that takes time...

So I decided to make my own version of "Automatic Door-Closer" with no need of bearings. The only thing you'll need is your 3D-Printer, some filament and, ok, three screws!

What to do:

  1. Print bearings (2x) -
there are two Versions, both should work fine. V1 with integrated spacer, V2 just the bearing (I used V2 with no problems)
  2. Print box and box-cap
  3. Take first screw an drive it into your door
  4. Take second and third screw and mount your bearings as you can see it in the video on the frame of your door.
  5. Fill in sand or other heavy stuff in the box
  6. Use some wool or thread (or better fishing line) to connect the screw in your door with your box. Be sure to thread the wool through the bearings

Maybe you have to turn the models to the right direction. There is no need for support.
