This is a printable (no support required) toolhead to adapt a Volcano hotend to a Tevo Tornado using a BMG extruder in direct configuration. I also have the Prusa Mk3 style duct added to the system, as well as a BLTouch mount.
In order to use this system, you will need:
Volcano Hotend (or clone)
BMG Extruder (or clone compatible with groove mount)
5015 blower
40mm fan
Short section of bowden tube
BLTouch (or clone) - optional
M3x8mm screws
M3x15mm screws
M3x40mm screws
M3 washers
All screw sizes are flexible, but these are the minimum lengths. Having a selection on hand would be helpful.
While I developed this toolhead to be used on a Tornado, it is likely compatible with any printer with a Creality style X carriage plate.
This toolhead assumes you're familiar with the electronics of your printer and are able to do the required part specification (fan voltage, mainly), soldering and splicing required for your particular printer. I can't help you with that part.
BLTouch offsets (nozzle to probe):
{x, y} = {-52.7, 12.3}
I've also included brackets for Ikea mirror/Tornado users that puts your mirror in about the right place to maximize the usage of the bed. This is required because with this new system the nozzle is farther away from the gantry than the stock configuration.
I'm sure I missed something or something could be improved or adapted to different printers or upgrade parts, so I've included an editable STEP file you can modify to your heart's content.

Prints entirely without support. Print in something sturdy with moderate heat tolerance. I used ColorFabb nGen for my final version, but PLA did work for a while in my prototypes (no failures, just moved on to the next version).
