A holder for a headphone that fit on a table monitor stand. The holder will be mounted to the vertical tube (36mm diameter) of the monitor stand.
Update from V1.0 to V2.0
- To avoid supporting structures, I divided the headband bracket.
- The "ears" on the headband bracket have been replaced to better prevent slipping down.
- Some edges have been chamfered to make it look softer.
- Use two M3x10 screws to connect the bracket to the pipe clamp. It works without nuts, which may depend on the weight of your headphones.
- To better show the details on the pictures, silver-colored PLA has been used.
Update from V0.9 to V 1.0:
- I add some "ears" (headsetstand_3.stl => headsetstand_3V2.stl) to prevent headset slipping off the stand.
- I accidentally printed it without support, surprisingly the result was not that bad. See the red marked areas in the last image.
Maybe I'll split the part in two, to avoid support.
V0.9
Still space for improvements ;-)
Print instructions
I used Prusa Slicer with the standard Prusament PLA and 0.2mm QUALITY MK3S MMU2S settings.
