All credit goes to 3dprinting4life, I just remixed the design cause I find it easier to read these types of tools when the text is filled in with a contrasting colour.

Print instructions

I sliced and printed via PrusaSlicer at 0.20mm, I printed mine in Black/White Amazon Basics PETG at 25% infill.

As 3dprinting4lifewrote: Just a note with bolts the size does not include the head but with countersunk screws it is end to end.
