Trumpet Valve Guide

Trumpet Valve Guide made for J. Michael trumpet, maybe suitable for other brands.

We couldn't find suitable part to buy, so I measured and designed something that does the job. You can find dimension sheet in the files for comparison, if it's suitable for your machine too.

I also tested which material would be good enough for this application and found out, that only ASA or ABS has enough strength, so if you rotate the valve inside the trumpet it can't break. I don't recommend to print it with PLA.

Print it with Supports to the bed.

Be aware that this is replacement part from another material than original. It is louder with it and not properly tested.

Made in Solidworks.

Edit: It works with Thomann trumpets and other “Bach concept” valves.
