An Elbonian (Yorgi or Yergi or Yugi, if you like), from the Dilbert comic strip by Scott Adams.

Elbonia is a "developing" nation waist-deep in mud. Dogbert once became the king of Elbonia, but Dilbert convinced him to abdicate. Elbonians all look alike (to me), in a national costume of a robe, tall hat, and bushy beard.

No supports are required. If you have the right filament colors, no painting is needed.

The completed model is in proportion to the Dilbert, Wally, Pointy Haired Boss and Dogbert models from the comic that have been previously posted by @reddadsteve.

I went through several variations; the final model is the grey one in the middle of the photo.

Enjoy!

I used a lot of volumes lofted from splines to make the beard, face, robe and other parts. The initial outline shapes were traced from the GIF image.

Some parts (hands, robe) were based on the PHB by Steve.

There were a lot of iterations in the design process.

Assembly tips:

-Assembling the model is quite straightforward.

-The model is meant to be glued together.

-Some of the pieces have tight clearances. Take care to ensure that the first layer 'squish' and any added brim is completely cleaned off.

-The key alignment piece is the mouth. The upright part fits into the recess in the face and the moustache. There's also a recess for it in the beard. The tops of the mouth, face, and beard should all align.

-There is a recess round the top of the face/beard combo for the hat. The hat is round.

-Be sure to completely test fit the face/moustache/mouth/beard combo before gluing any of the pieces.

The fit around the bottom of the beard and top of the sleeves is tight.
