LM10UU bearing housing

It was designed to be backwards compatible with SCS8UU. Use M4 screw nuts(there should be a tight fit).

The bearing can be connected to the housing using an zip-tie.

I suggest using 0.08/0.10 layer height, should also work with 0.16/0.20 layer height.
