This light controller is designed to control the lighting in kitchen cabinets. I didn't like the lighting ikea designed to work with their cabinets and it was way too expensive. I created this one because I wanted the controller to be mounted on a wall in the kitchen that was not near the cabinets. My cabinets are not all connected and I wanted the lighting to be synced across all of them. The controller on the wall sends commands to each receiver on top of the cabinets. I put outlets on top of each cabinet to plug the power supplies into and ran the wires for the LED strips down behind them. It supports three lighting zones that can be controlled independently. I installed mine over cabinet, in cabinet and under cabinet. There are 4 brightness levels that can be set. In the future I want to make a controller that fits inside a standard wall outlet box.
