A desk clamp with a 0.5 inch NPT threaded fitting on top. I used them as space saving speaker stands for my Mackie CR3 speakers.

Required for speaker stands:

2x Piece of wood (sanded, stained)

2x 0.5 inch iron pipes that are 6-8 inches long

2x 0.5 inch iron flanges

8x wood screws

Tremclad hammered finish spray paint (iron black color)

Assembly:

  1. Print clamps

  2. Screw pipe into camp

  3. Screw flange onto pipe

  4. Spray paint clamp, and pipes the same color

  5. Cut a piece of wood. Sand it and stain it. I cut a 5"x5" piece for my Mackie CR3s

  6. Screw wood onto iron flanges

Notes:

For best results on the clamps:
Enable ironing (that's what it's called in Cura)

Print on side with supports enabled

Flip on the other side and print the second

This will give you a smooth front side on each clamp
