This part was designed to interface with an Actobotics D-Hub and FTC motor (0.770" hole pattern, 6 mm D-Shaft) to spool out and retract a line for a linear slide mechanism.

This part was modelled by EMK of FTC team 14273, Sense and Sound Robotics (aka Makerspace Invaders), for the Skystone challenge.

Two sizes are included here (spool diameters 1.02" and 1.5"). This is one half of the pulley, so print two copies and clamp them to a hub. Use washers to spread the load. The holes on the side are for knotting a string. We are using UHMWPE braided fishing line. We are still building and testing our robot, so we are not yet sure if this part is robust enough.

The Solidworks (educational license) source file is included for your modifications.
