I couldn't find a yoyo model for a standard 608 ball bearing, that's why I created my own.
I designed it with the specs of commercial unresponsive yoyos in mind:
Turned out that the yoyo can not gain enough speed to sleep properly. Might have to do with the large and heavy bearing?
Additionally, the response pad gets in the way too much. I remixed the the response pad by Ahmsville (CC BY 4.0). I would recommend trying a more flush response pad or o-ring to reduce the friction.
But hey, it kinda works and I would be happy to see an improved version!
I printed the bodies with PLA with 0.2mm layer height and 80% infill to achieve an overall weight of 54-60g, but added a range modifier from 14.95mm with 100% infill to achieve increased stability of the axle.
I printed the response pad with PLA with 0.1mm layer height and 100% infill.
Be careful when assembling, the printed bolt might break. A metal bolt or screw should work much better.
