10° 2-axis up to 29.6mm tube lamps, for 90mm lamp head

This design was made specifically for a DIY lamp for model drawing.

it is intended to be printed x3 and assembled with M4 bolts, M4x6 threaded inserts,  springs and washers 

the rotatory toothed features makes for a tooless, and easy angle adjust of the light
