If you want to improve the part cooling of you Prusa Mini and don’t want to modify any of existing parts, you can try to use this attachable Fan Duct. Just print it, attach it and thats it.

It won’t be any significant change, but I noticed some bridging and overhangs improvement in "X" axis direction for the tested parts. In “Y” direction i did not notice any change (better or worse). So overall just slightly improvement.

As material i suggest to use ASA,PC or some special High Temperature resistant PETG or PLA.
I assume that common PLA or PETG won’t resist the heat and will bend over time. There is very little space between the duct and the heat block (even less when you use the silicone sock), so the temperature is quite high there.

I printed this with 3 perimeters 0.15mm height and 15% infil. The infill could be zero % tho.
Used supports on the build plate only, but only under the two small “legs” are realy necesary.

To mount this on the mini insert the fan duct with the two "legs" into the X-carrige hole first, and then pull the "cord" to the back so its fits.

The mounting could be a little tricky, but in the end it fits well on my Prusa Mini.
Hopefully it will fit good on all others Minis too.

For easily modification to your needs i provide an stp file with this too.

PS: Notice that there is very little space between the heat bed plugin cable end and the fan duct, so test it with care first.
