Fermtech carboy washer wider carboy ring

Picked up some PET carboys (Better Bottle, etc) and discovered that the carboy nozzle base on my Fermtech Double Blast was just a bit smaller than the opening diameter, making cleaning somewhat awkward. This adapter slips on (tightly) and provides support for openings up to 60mm (or wider if you want to change the SCAD file).
