Fatshark Batterypack for 18650 LiIon

I designed a Housing for two 18650 LiIon Cells, to use with my Fatsharks.

You also have a little space on the outside to mount a capacity/voltage indicator board (I used one from banggood for 2s)

Today I got the cells and installed them. Works like a charm.

Its a bit bigger than the fatshark ones but it still fits in the headstrap (with a bit of gentle force)

Even though I solderded the cells and not pointwelded them, I do not recommend doing this unless you know what you are doing. But if you do it:

• use a strong/hot soldering iron >80W (the one I used has 150W)
• full heat but quick heating/soldering
• never heat more than 5 sec.
• let the cell completely cool off before soldering again
