FX Wika gauge cover

Covers for the popular Wika pressure gauge upgrade for the FX Dreamline & Impact. Should also fit the pressure gauges on the FX Impact mk2 that are 28mm.

STL and Fusion360 files included for 28/28.2/28.3/28.4mm internal dimensions so you don't need to scale in your slicer.

All versions are 21mm total depth with 1.2mm walls and a 1.2mm lip on one end to help protect the gauge if it is face down. See the included drawing of the 28mm version for details.

STL files should have the proper orientation for placing in your slicer of choice.

Update 31/12/21 - Added files for a 30mm guage as per reqest.

Notes:

Prints best with a brim, as the walls are relativity thin at 1.2mm (see drawing), so there is not a lot of surface area on the bed.

Prints in approximately 45 for two gauges sliced using the 'Print sequence One at a time' setting in Cura 4.6.1.

How I Designed This

Designed in Fusion360.

Although this is a very simple design with only 5 steps in total.

I have included the Fusion360 files as I have found it very valuable to look at the design process of others when attempting to learn how to do things in Fusion360.
