This is a jig for flashing the EWRF E7082VM version 2 VTXs. The VTX has very small pads, particularly the CLK and DIO ones and I actually ripped one of them when trying to solder some wires so I decided to design this jig. I use two types of pogo pins: 0.68 mm for the CLK and DIO pads and 1.02 mm for the V, A, - and + pads. For the axis I use a M2 x 16mm.
For the spring I used a 3/8" x 3/4" spring from this box. However, it will work without a spring.
There are two versions for the top part, anyone will work the difference is that V2 has more space to solder wires.
Only the top part requires supports and I recommend to print it as shown in the STL (on its side) with 0.12mm layer height to have better holes.
You can solder wires directly to the pogo pins.
