I measured and modeled my NIP DTXC9584 Suspension Mounts and Spacers. They aren't 1:1 but all the important spots should line up. I'd recommend just purchasing steel washers/spacers from your local hardware store if you can or otherwise reusing your original parts but otherwise I have included those models as references. Original parts seem to be made of stainless steel (washers) and injection molded nylon (mounts). Left and right mounts are identical. Print two copies and then rotate one on assembly. Per the stock part, these mounts are 3 degrees offset by default but should allow adjustment since they have two sets of holes (tested, see pictures).
These parts will ONLY fit an Evader ST Pro or any Evader using the ST Pro Rear Chassis Plate (DTXC7017). Please see https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/141238-evader-rear-chassis-plate-dtxc6978-and-dtxc7015-re for a part that will fit other models.
Change Log:
V1: Initial Release -- PLA printed model fits for three of the four holes. Holes are ridiculously tight and a little too far inside.
V1.1 1: Wrong model uploaded -- I made some incremental changes and just forgot to export the model so I uploaded an older version
V1.1 2: Ditto -- I just uploaded the completely wrong file
V1.1 3 (Currently uploaded file: Fourth hole has been moved .4 mm to allow for all possible mounting angles. Additionally, I have enlarged the holes so that finishing work should not be required for printed models -- PLA printed model has been tested successfully with the OEM aluminum plate and has been successfully installed on my Evader ST. Will test eventually but I don't think that PLA is durable enough. Currently printing in PETG as well.
