Replacement of the mini splitter for mmu2+1s to use ptfe clips instead of screws to secure the tubing.

Description
PDFRemix of the Mini Splitter for MMU2+1s by Ryper3D to work with ptfe clips instead of screws. It is slightly taller and wider at the top but it exactly the same at the base so there is no need to print those parts again.
Update: Added drawing with size for the right ptfe clip.
*Not tested yet.
