Towing eye for trailer - suitable for Rolly Toys kid tractor

The new towing eye of the trailer is adjusted for a Rolly Toys John Deere 7930.  The original height is designed for rollyKid tractor.

The adjusted trailer fit also to the smaller tractor. 

The part is printed with PETG and a layer height of 0,3mm.

To assemble the new towing eye, you have to cut the rest of your broken towing eye in the area where the ribs cross. Do not cut the knot of the ribs. To get a smoth transition adjust the edge of the sidewalls of the trailer with a side cutter if needed.

Afterwards mark the position of the bores and drill the bores (⌀5mm). Assemble 4 nuts M5 to the towing eye, mount the towing eye to the trailer by using 4 washers M5 (ISO7093), 2 screws M5x16 and 2 screws M5x20.

Now couple the trailer to your tractor and do a test drive.
