Scott Genius bike cable clip with strap support

Modded the cable clip from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2590682 in order to have additional support for a 2mm straps, you can carry a spare tube, an additional water bottle or anything you want.

EDIT 25/01/2022: Added two more files, both supports two straps: v4.1 for 2cm straps and v5 for 3cm straps
