Steel Bolt Screw with plastic Head

Print paused and screw inserted, print resumed. “Slicer placement point” (attachment:drawing) is defining how much the Head will be lifted from the Build plate. The support is holding the whole print in position and is after printing removed. Is there a possibility to lift part without “Slicer placement point”? That would be nice.
