Enclosure fan ventilation (Ikea Lack) for a 92 mm fan with static pressure enhancer (axial compressor)

Ikea-Lack housing fan duct for a 92 mm fan with static pressure enhancer (axial compressor). 

Helps to extract odors from the enclosure and remove them using an optional 50mm suction hose. 

Update 05.04.2022:

In order to increase fan static pressure a version with stator vanes and a inlet with vanes was added. The design is inspired by axial compressors in jet engines. For the new version see housing-with-stator.stl and inlet.stl

Instructions:

• use a 55 to 56 mm hole saw
• 92mm fan
• optional: 50mm / 2inch hose 

What you need:

• 92mm fan
• optional 50mm / 2 inch suction hose for exhaust air

Print instructions

• Use PETG, ASA, PLA or any of your favorite material
• 0.2mm Layer 
• no supports needed
• with ASA use a 6mm Brim for the fan-part
• scale nut to 101% in x/y-direction (not z) for proper fit (especially with PETG)
