40x4 Character LCD Enclosure

I decided to make an LCDProc-supported 40x4 character display for my desktop computer. 

Obviously, this needs some sort of enclosure to make it look nice. It is designed to fit the BuyDisplay 40x4 module.

The display connected via the ubiquitous Adafruit LCD backpack over USB. The footprint for this module  doesn't work with the pin layout for these LCDs so I opted to place it in the middle. There's also a hole over the AVR ISP pins so you can easily reprogram the firmware without needing to open your case.

The button backer is if you want to have your buttons just sit freely in the holes, (mine did) but you can also mount the buttons to some PCB board and then screw that to the mounting posts instead. 

Alas, the buttons I used are a little obscure and I don't recall the part number, but smaller common pushbuttons should work just fine if you print a go-between that fills the hole.

I ended up also covering the front face of the assembly with one-way mirror film for a mirror effect when the display is off. 

Assembly is designed to have M3 screws just thread right into the plastic.
