You can get small Tesla Coil modules at eBay, built around the Exciter Slayer circuit.
... but they just do not look right without the typical top load of the "big" coils.

This print is a toroidal top load for the smallest modules I found.
eBay search texts below.
I spray painted it with zinc spray, usually used for corrosion protection in car repairs, to have it electrical conductive.
Would be great to have Feedback if someone printed this with conductive filament.

It has a small recess in the bottom to allow easy placement on the coil. It is held in place with a drop of super glue.

I also added a little boost converter module to boost 5V to 12V - like this the coil runs fine from USB with 700mA @ 5V.
It does not spray sparks at this power levels, but easily lights neon lamps.

BD243 Mini Tesla Coil Module (2,80 ...4€)

MT3608 boost converter (0,5 ... 1€)
