XL Cat Face Ear Saver

I always like this ear saver design but I found it a little short for my giant head. The cat face is fun and acts as a small spring in the middle.

Surgical masks and a number of n95's have loops that are too short for me to use with most earsavers. I also have ears that straps want to slide off of. So I decided to redraw my favorite earsaver to make it what I need it to be.

This will fix on a bed < 200mm in width (or length). If your bed isn't quite that big, try rotating the model 45° so it runs corner to corner. Pythagoras may give you the space you need.

Changes

• 200mm wide - 38mm wider than the original
• Added a 4th set of mask hooks, keeping the original 3, so it can still work for smaller head sizes
• I chamfered the topmost faces to make ironing come out cleaner.
