This case has 6 slots for jigsaw blades and comes in 3 sizes (80, 100 and 120mm total length).
Every slot can take 2 blades (makes 12 blades in total per box).
If you put the blades the t-shaft first in the slot, then you are able to read the blade type printed on the blade (see photo)
Size of the whole case are optimized to fit in my metabo jigsaw case (see photo) - 4 blade cases fit in there. This makes 48 maximum blades in total!
Main part and lid are print in place, so a bit accuracy is needed here. Please check in slicer for clearance before you print. First opening of the lid should be done with a bit care.
If you want to print it lid and body separately I've added body and lid as parts. Print the lid standing, so layer lines are not in the same orientation as the force. Depending on your bed adheasion some brim (or brim ears) could be helpful.
Print instructions:
I printed it in Polymaker polyTerra forest green and sunrise orange on my modded prusa mini.
Modeling is done in FreeCAD.
If you need other sizes, please let me know through the comments….
