Guided Rail/Slide Carriage System - Open Drawer Project

It is originally designed for use in furniture, but there are many more applications, where this system can be used.

You will need 604 bearings and M4 nuts, bolts and washers. The core of the rail is made out of Wood, but you can print it as well. The Core is glued to the Rails.

I designed this system, because I could not find any drawer systems that where short enough for my usage. The rails are 150mm long, but I will make sure to upload rails in different length.

I printed everything in PLA, but it can make sense to print the wheels out of TPU depending on the application.

There is also a completle different version of my Open Drawer Design, where the carriage just rolls like a train carrige.

And I also have a drawer slide design, that does not need any bearings.
