Hi, i just started printing with recycled PET, and you may know the rPet needs to be really dry, i made this upgrade to food dryer, to dry the filament during prints to keep it at the best quality possible. It was printed with the rPet material, but you can print it in ABS or PetG, all the parts are designed to be printed in place as imported.
You may need add rafts fot the prints, this is optional, because i needed raft only on first version.
Printed parts:
3Pcs of Fila_dryer_Bearing_holder#.stl
2pcs of Fila_dryer_wall.stl
1Pc of Fila_dryer_wall_hole.stl
1Pc of Fila_dryer_spool_holder.stl
1PC of Fila_dryer_base#.stl
Parts needed:
Bearings 3pcs 608zz
Small Zip ties 9pcs
Optional parts:
Short PTFE tube (for inside of the dryer for better unloading the filament and maybe little bit hot glue to glue it in right place)
Long PTFE tube (for guiding the filament to printer)
Corresponding tube fitting for the PTFE tube (you need to make a thread or screw it in by some tool)
Print it with - rPet, PetG, ABS, Nylon, ASA or other material that can stand more than 70degrees Celsius
