RGB Trap Belt Clip

This is a model of the belt clip off the 1989 Kenner, The Real Ghostbusters, Ghost Trap.

I have modeled this off an existing, intact, belt clip. This will allow you to print off replacements to restore the toy.

Print Suggestions

Because of the purpose of the clip and the loading on the clip. It is best to print the clip on its side (so that the layer lines run the length of the clip). If you print it straight-up, the layer lines will be aligned to promote snapping of the clip.

If you are concerned about the cleanup and aesthetics of the print, I have found that a 45° rotation of the part can significantly reduce the need for supports while still providing good resistance to shear loads.
