Top Filament Guide for Printed Solid Next Gen Safety Enclosure

Top filament guide for use when your spool is to the side of your printer enclosure.  Designed to go with my side spool holder but likely will work for other applications.  Fits using screws that ship with the enclosure.  
 

Revised (v4 & v7): reworked for PTFE tube and fittings.  
 

Pass thru Guide (v4) - M10x1 threads to take pass thru fitting.  Should be able to take PTFE fitting thru the center but limited clearance has made it difficult to print accurately.

Filament guide v4 - Two M6x1 threaded both sides for end fittings.  - found it hard to feed filament thru even with PTFE added between the fitting.

Filament guide v7 - M10x1 thread on front side and M6x1 on the back side.  Allows PTFE pass thru for easier loading of filament.  Maintains end fitting threads on the back side for dryer connection if desired.

Filament guide v8 - Extended the guid out the side 30mm.  Had a full spool of Prusament come off the spool and wrap around the spool holder causing the print to fail.  This should prevent this issue going forward.

Recommended settings (what I used):

Filament Guide:

0.2mm layer height (0.4mm nozzle)

4 sidewalls (no infill space)

Pass Thru:

0.1mm layer height
