I needed to disassemble my RV Faucet and noticed the inside part had an odd 12-point design to it - like a giant TORX bit.
I didn't have one - and thought a simple plastic print would be more than strong enough to turn the threads.
It worked perfectly - I printed a small 5mm test piece to make-sure it fit - then printed the full tool. Quick 30-minute print and I had the faucet apart.
Diameter of 12-point "bit" is about 15.8mm, which is close to 5/8".
I printed with 30% infill and 5 perimeters - it was plenty strong enough for the plastic threads on the faucet.
