External 120mm fan adapter for the Dell G5 5000 series desktop line. Replaces the stock 80mm fan to provide better internal case cooling. Best used in conjunction with the already existing front panel 120mm bracket ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4785786 ) for a front mounted 120mm fan as well as installing a lower front 80mm fan.
edit: Added a second file that incorporates the fan mounting screws. (You'll still need to mark and drill the case mount holes).
My full build can be seen here:
No internal mounting holes are incorporated into this model. Once the part is printed, manually line up the adapter tabs over the grill, mark the best mounting locations then drill suitably small holes for appropriately sized wood screws. 120mm fan must be installed prior to mounting the adapter to the back of the case.

Notes:
Probably a lot beefier than it needs to be, but I like substance to my models. :)
Model as currently designed extrudes 30mm from the back of the case for a total of 55mm with a standard depth 120mm fan. 30mm is probably the lowest you'd want to go for clearance over the rear IO (see the build log for details) but the depth/slope can easily be adjusted up or down by raising the height on the model in tinkercad.
No internal mounting holes incorporated into model. Once printed, mark and drill holes as required for mounting.
