This spool adapter for the Ender 3 fits perfectly inside a filament spool with a inner diameter of 57mm.

CAUTION: This adapter does NOT prevent the spool from sliding off the spool holder entirely. You might want to tape them to the spool (works just fine) or use a big clip at the end of the holder like this one.
