I’ve recently become obsessed with building keyboards. After putting together a couple of 60% boards I had a bunch of stuff left over. I just didn’t have a case. Now I do.
My print bed isn’t large enough to print the whole thing, in one piece, in the orientation I wanted so I split it. A couple spots of glue on the dovetail insert holds it together. Optionally, you can add some to the alignment pegs to make it more rigid. Currently using this on my daily driver.
This case should fit any standard 60% board: poker, bm60rgb, etc..

Notes:
Very minor cleanup will be required on the alignment pegs and they will be snug. Don’t push it together until you’re ready to commit as I suspect the front side pin wouldn’t stand up to removal.
Holes are sized to accept 2mm hot press inserts.
3mf file has supports included.
*** Added V3 files which have a larger USB opening and the reset port location is refined a bit. ***
