5l water bottle hose adapter

This design allows to connect 6mm(inner diameter) hose to 5l or bigger water bottle.This adapter is air tight i used this in my compressor (2atm) to attach bottle as expansion tank.

To instal this adapter you need to drill 10mm hole in center of the cap.

You also need:

• four M4x20 screws with nuts and washers

• silicon sealant (for best result use neutral one, not acid) or rubber seal I used silicon to make this air tight, you need to applay it beetwen each half and bottle cap, also it's good idea to add a little bit in screw holes.

  You can choose between two designs, 28mm or 35mm outer diammeter. It depends on how big is you bottle cap.

  To connect hose warm it a little bit.
