Flat Back Cover for MINI(+) Display USB Case

I like @4nthonylin's flat back cover for the Mini's LCD display. But when I replaced the stock display case with the USB mod by @joe, I noticed it didn't fit. So I took Fusion 360 to it, and now it fits perfectly. 

I prefer joe's approach (integrate the USB holder into the display case) over 4nthonylin's idea of adding it to the back cover.

There's another back cover for @joe's model by @plunning, but it's has extra bulk in the back, and it's not possible to access the screw that attaches the display to the frame after installation. With this model, the screw is still accessible so the LCD display's tilt can be adjusted.
