Ford Focus 2012 Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir Cap v3

I have a Ford Focus 2012 (Hatchback) and after 9+ years of prolonged heat, the windshield wiper tank cap decided to disintegrate. I whipped this up it Fusion 360 and printed it in PETG.

This cap may fit newer ford(s) vehicles.

Update 02/23/22:

• Added a jacket to fit around the outside of the wiper tube along with fitting inside, this will prevent the part from spinning.
• Feedback from the community, I adjusted the tolerances for the base to fit inside the wiper base.
• Added 4 additional models, ST Logo, Blank, Standard Wiper, and optional funnel.
• Increase the screw length of the caps

Update 02/25/22:

• Update the “FordFocus2012_WindshieldWiper_v3_Base_Revised_v1.stl” Increased thread tolerances for certain printers.
• Added v2 models if needed.

Update 03/01/22:

• Fixed thread alignment, simulation was set up incorrectly. Logos will align with the notch on the base. See attached photo.

• Updated the funnel to be a little thinner and use less material FordFocus2012_WindshieldWiper_v3_Optional_Revised_v2.stl

Note: Best to install when the car is warm. Also, v2 parts are not compatible with v3, I had to rebuild the threads.
