IKEA Lack mount for MMU slot buffer + PTFE PC4-M10 filament guide

The MMU Slot Buffer by mar_jet is really well designed and works well.

I needed a way to install it on the back edge of IKEA Lack mount lid. so created a mount that can be screwed on the top lid and mount the MMU Buffer. Remove the two M3x30 screws used in the buffer and use them to fasten the buffer to the mount.
Use one M3x10 screw to fasten one of the buffers bottom mount holes to the mount.

Also created a filament guide, that takes PC4-M10 adapter, for PTFE tubes to be installed near the spools.
