Prusament Masterspool Final Edition

With this parts you can convert your empty Prusament spool to a Masterspool.

I tested several other Prusament to Masterspool adaptors, but none of them were perfect. Therefore I created a remix with modified parts:

The labelholder is adopted unchanged from the “Your last spool” adaptor.

The two screws are from the “Prusa Master Spool Convertor”. I changed the size of them and added material for better centering and more stability. Furthermore they now provide more grip for tightening them by hand. Additionally, each screw has a ½'' square hole which can be used for a ratchet. But don't overtighten the screws!

The center part is adopted from the “Prusament spool to master spool adapter”. I resized it in favour of a less tight fit. Now it fits perfectly.

You can print it on your Prusa Mini in one single print.

The 3D models are optimized and tested with PETG.

Cut the zip ties from your new filament refill after you have assembled the Masterspool. Cut them preferably as close to the side walls as possible. Don't try to pull out the zip ties from your Masterspool.
