This is a very challenging print that requires a multi filament solution such as the Mosaic Palette or the Prusa MMU.

I have included the full size and a quarter of the full size so it can be printed on smaller bed printers.

Notes:

This model is created to exactly match my printer settings. The extrusion width in the model is assumed to be 0.4mm, if your extrusion width is different you need to scale the X and Y to match (so if your extrusion width is 0.44 you need to scale the x and y by 0.44/0.4, DO NOT scale Z). The z height on the first 5 layers must be 0.8mm, the lithophane can be any thickness but the thicker the worse the resolution. Check you Gcode before you print!!! Should look like tightly packed squares on the first 5 layers with no gaps - see sample gcode screen capture.

The 4 color stl files need to be aligned to origin, the lithophane stl should be raised 0.4mm in z and placed directly on top of the color stl files.
