Prusa MMU2S PTFE tube holder with screws

PTFE tube holder for Prusa MMU2S. You can easily screw M10 passthrough fittings and use double-sided tape to stick it wherever you want.
I've added two holes for M3 screws for the lack enclosure in this version.
